We hope that everyone had a Blessed Holiday Season. This month's meditation will be a continuation of our meditation series based on intentions. Our focus will be on two intentions. The first is to set our course, for if we know where we are going, we can consciously follow the path to fulfill our dreams. The second intention is to simplify, to let go in order to make room for something new to come in.
You are welcome to join us as we listen to THE deep relaxation CD 'Yoga Zone Music for Meditation'. On this journey you will again be accompanied by an animal spirit, who will assist you in discovering the gifts waiting within your inner being.

From Palenque (storehouse of cosmic connection), we will travel across the birthing waters of Yaxchilan to Tikal (where teachings of Jaguar and ancient shamanic memories sleep), to pass once again through the gates of Palenque. The Sacred Marriage complete, this is the Twin Soul Essence brought to light...we meet ourselves front and back now.

Enjoy a 1&1/2 hour reiki 'treat'-ment and feel your body-mind-spirit de-stress and re-align. Reiki is a gentle method of balancing your chakra system through a very simple hands-on technique. Through the application of crystals, sound, and intuitive guidance this facilitator hopes to make your experience one which recharges every cell and fiber of your being.
Nancy has been practicing Reiki on self and others for the past 15 years and has been teaching Reiki since 1996. She has been a student of the mysteries as far back as she can remember, and uses the skills that she brings back from these experiences to help others who are "remembering" too.
